1-focus fully on the speaker .
Focus on the body language. 
2-Avoid interrupting.
Close your mouth whilst listening .
Listen more than you speak .
3-Show your interest.
Smile at the person talking and encourage the speaker to continue with say yes really and right.

1-when speaker comes really boring try to repeat her words in your mind that will keep you focus .
