This quote was memorable and relates to my learning of this course as it emphasizes that students need that sense of community, trust, and connectivity. Sometimes, the best way to teach students is to connect with them and build trust. That way, students can feel more engaged and desire to do the work. However, some students have things at home or feel overwhelmed. By talking with their students and building that trust,t educators are better able to steer them into a growth mindset as well as help them achieve academic success.
