         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is my firm belief that teachers are not the sole authority of the class and we are not dictators with an iron fist. We are our students' guides. And as a guide, it is my responsibility to prepare my students to use English the way they will encounter it the most in this ever-evolving world: for communication. We read books, write poetry, give presentations, not for their own sake but to learn to think better, to express ourselves better. So, I root my class in three core principles to develop students' beliefs and cognition: Analyzing, Criticising, and Synthesizing.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
