I like little willy the best because he was the person who was scared the most about grandpa health . He also was alone and had to do the harvest for the potatoes alone . He also used to play the harmonica that grandfather used to play before he lost hope to survive . I liked the role of searchlight because he was a very royal dog. One thing that struck me was about searchlight was at the end when little willy and searchlight won the  the race but then searchlight  lies down suddenly and after sometime he got to know that searchlight was dead . I liked all the character because they all were playing a important role in the book .
Plot 
 The twist in the book was when little willy win the race but Searchlight dies . 
Author purpose 
I compare this book to a another book as once while I was reading Messi i found out that when Messi was quiet on a height of his carrier he got to that his dad is no more.
Theme 
The author that a ending in a book is not always happy it could a sad as sad one also . the author also wants to tell how a book having 50 percent of fiction and the rest part real looks like . A lesson I learnt  was that you never get a thing free there is always a cost of the thing .

The character I liked was stone fox as he knew that if searchlight loses Willy will not get 500 dollers to pay his loan and his grandfather will still be unhappy/sick so stone fox quickly said that is anyone crosses the line I will shoot and the other dogs stopped where ever they were.

Q2. I don't dislike any character because each character has its own importance and in this story no one was disrespected eachother,nor be angry with eachother,not harm eachother.
Q3. The twist surprise me the most was when stone fox said if anyone crosses the line I will shoot. And everyone stopped after listening to him.
Q4. I can relate this book with because of Winn-Dixie 
Q5.Throughout the story willy learns not to give up and working hard to win the prize to get 500 dollars and pay his loan and also so that his grandfather gets well
In conclusion, the theme of this story is to never give up even when times are difficult.

3.the twist which surprised me is when his grandfather falls sick and farm is in danger he needed 500 hundred dollars so what he would do so he found there would be a national dogsled race and he found a way to save the farm.

This is the thematic statement because little willy wanted to save his farm he did so much of hard work and he get succeed in the race and save the farm.
