It's just an intrinsic value that I withhold in my heart, to help others and contribute when no one is looking, to do that small unprecedented deed that no one will get to know. That sense of pride when you know you're the wone that can change the world.

2. I would pick up litters on the ground and throw it. I would help someone with directions hen they ask me. I would remind them that their wallets have fallen off their pockets. (small things like this). I would thank the cleaners for their contributions.

I think that the positive change I make in other's lives , as well as their delightful reactions give me a sense of hope. I can truly see the impact my actions have on them and I know that all my efforts were worth it. Remembering the struggles that others go through make me too realise how fortunate I am and that I should show empathy by contributing to their lives, reserving some time, or going out of my way to lift their burdens.

I would assist those in need. Donating food, clothes and toys is a first step that I can take. If someone needs something more than I do, I will definitely give it up. Being generous can allow people to feel thought of.
