It's hard to put into words the value this community has given me. The sense that I am not alone in struggling with many of the concepts around L&D and there is always someone willing to discuss.

It brings me a lot of joy to answer all the great questions that come in and it is such a safe place that anyone can ask anything and anyone can answer, irresepective if they are an expert or not.

Bring on another 4 years!!

I found my mentor here who has been supporting me and has become more like a friend since 2021! I have connected with people online and got to meet them in real life as I moved countries. Being a part of the Shakers community helps me be me 💛
