On the first day I made some sketchs and measurements. I mapped out the whole desk with the build and also the inside organization.

On Thursday I used my measurements and I traced out my outlines on the plank of wood. I then cut out some of the smaller pieces.

I cut out and sanded the rest of the pieces. Then I started painting all the pieces black

The painted wood. I painted it all black with two coats.

I cut and painted the inside pieces. These create four sections inside the desk for organization.

I nailed all the pieces together to create the box and out a layer of felt on the bottome to make it look more together.
