         <description><![CDATA[<div>Institutional approach: how societal norms shape institutions and how institutions shape society and economy.&nbsp;<br>Institutions can enforce laws, rules, and norms. They can avert undesired behavior of a group member and facilitate development. The most powerful institute is often the state. Institutions can also support social cohesion and social capital, as well as creating trust between members (citizens).&nbsp;<br>Weak states loose power and can lead to corruption and hindering of development.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
