I found it very interesting how you can form a 3D model of a person's movement by placing markers on different bones. I also found it fascinating how you can calculate the force someone exhibits on a jump. I appreciate the opportunity you gave us to try out the force plate. I know this will be useful to further my knowledge of understanding how to body moves, and if those movements are correct. Thank you for everything!
