The people they are going out with are very different. They had a private life meaning they don't have pictures of their family at work or trophies in their home or even drawings with I love you daddy on them. They were different because Cliff had a large mahogany-framed photo of a stunning blonde wife and three photogenic sons and even photos of him fishing. They have never met these people before so Emily researched them and read all about them and all Emily said was to not use bad words or words like japs. Turns out everyone that ate that ate the food enjoyed it. Emily and Cliff went out for a drink on Fifth Avenue to celebrate if they got the job.  Seth wanted a job being a writer. So he wrote a letter to Marianne Gortensen , editor and her response wasn't the best they decided to pass on the Dream Chaser but they said other people would be a publisher to take on his project. She also mentioned that they had a a project they could work on and she would give him a call. The phone call was to the editor. He said that he liked the book and Gaby told them to buy it. Claire has a crush on a boy named Jacob and has had one since she was twelve. She said Jacob looked so good jogging past her house in his running shorts. She was embarrassed and tried to email everyone saying it wasn't true but everyone knew it was true. Stacey Lee had a question for Gaby. The question was "Do you really think its a good idea to have a wedding planning meeting with so many people? Some of whom have proposed to you." Her response was only that it was six people. And they were from her barn breakfast group so it was okay. Witch is still weird because nobody knew who the groom was. Mike had started the day off with an headache. lizzie told him it was probably just one of his sinus infections but he still needed to go to the doctor. he refused to go to the doctor and later that night he was changing the ceiling fan and got dizzy and fell off the stepladder. later that week he reported to Dr. sassoon and he said that his ears were fine but his pressure on the low side and the doctor wants him to get a MRI . three days later he was diagnosed with a benign meningioma. it can grow and it can choke the brain. lizzie , mike and gaby started to look up the language of brain cancer. a few days after they had done the research , they saw that mikes face on the left started to drop. mikes daughter ask lizzie if her daddy going to die and lizzies response was i dont think hes going to die. the doctors dont think hes going to die but sweetie we cant be sure yet. i wouldn't lie to you. two days later after the diagnosis mike had surgery at mass. The splintery old beams had been wrapped in yards and yards of lace gold and white cloth. round tables, each of them big enough for a dozen dinners, encircled a raised white dance floor. Each table held bouquets of evergreens and white roses. hundreds of sprigs of mistletoe hung from the rafters. the thousands of sparkling white lights.
