         <description><![CDATA[<div>- In value proposition, they talked about stage design (reka bentuk) but in cost structure they didn't talked about the budget of stage cost. The fixed and variable costs are not stated clearly in the cost structure.<br>- Less information in 9 blocks.<br>-&nbsp; Can improve the customer relationship block, use the latest technology to get near to customer.<br>- The channel did not stated clearly on how to reach the customer not only by online; but indirect way and direct way to reach them as well.&nbsp;<br><br>Thank you :D<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. They explained about the financial plan too.<br>2. The block for Customer relationship - group 2 was suppose to explain their focus for their customers needs and wants. Not the way how they promote their product.<br>3. Revenue streams - the price was suppose to be affordable but it is too expensive for students to pay drinks at rm4.50. Its not connected to the value proposition of their product.<br>4. Block fot the cost - it is not connected with the block for revenues stream. Because when theres a delivery services they was supposed to include the fuel for transportation fees in the block for cost.<br>5. Key resource was suppose to include their fixed asset/non fixed asset.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Get more key resources.<br>2.In customers relationship, they should prepare the most easiest way to buy their product. 'effective communication' stated is not clear.<br>3. Target customer, they dont mention about who wants to buy their product. Not clear.<br>4. The package provided in key activities is not suitable to use. Tools will be prepared for the broken umbrella is not suitable and the most suitable if they prepare a service to repair the umbrella.<br>5.There are some chanels are not suitable especially about the service roadshow. Selling umbrella are not&nbsp;suitable at all to do the roadshow bcs they can provide their example of design at their shop.<br><br></div>]]></description>
