         <description><![CDATA[<div>From the Healthy Lifestyle Survey, I had 37 true statements. I think this is pretty accurate. I try to be healthy without going too crazy. I try to exercise at least 4 days a week and to limit any soda consumption to, at most, 1 can a day. I avoid using substances like 🤬 or alcohol, and I am always safe while driving. I don't have a great relationship with my family, but I have very supportive friends.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hanging out with friends is a good stress reliever for me. All the joking around and laughing really takes my mind off of things that are stressing me out. Sometimes playing music will help too. If I liked whatever I played, it can really boost my mood and make me feel more motivated and less stressed. If I can't do either of those, I usually procrastinate until I don't feel as stressed anymore.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Safety is a big concern when it comes to resistance training because people are dealing with heavy weights and they can do some damage if they're dropped on a body part. People want to make sure the space they are using weights in is clear so they have room to do the exercise and put down the weights safely. When doing bench presses, it's a good idea to have a spotter for in any case where the arms give out and the weight can no longer be lifted by the person doing the exercise. It's never a good idea to try to lift the heaviest amount of weight one can think of because they might drop the weight, and possibly on themselves. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After watching just half of FOOD, INC. I'm more mad than disgusted. I'm mad because animal farms aren't clean outside. I feel like the animals aren't treated with care. I'm also mad because corporations set up a system where they feed corn to cows, when they are biologically designed for grass, but feeding so many cows grass is more expensive. But if a cow is fed corn, it increases the likelihood that E. Coli will develop in its stomach and that can contaminate the meat. Corporations are risking the health of millions people just to save a few bucks. I thought it was pretty cool, though, the fact that so many foods can be made from corn.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If I am in public, and I am witnessing physical domestic violence, like assault, honestly, I don't think I would want to get in between that. I'm a small guy. I could call the police, I guess. If there were other people around, then the abuser wouldn't stand a chance against all of us trying to stop him. If it's verbal domestic violence, like name calling or just being terrible to the victim, then I could personally intervene then and say that the victim doesn't deserve to be spoken to that way. Although, the abuser would probably just tell me to mind my own business.</div>]]></description>
