Context to my project in a nutshell: Creating a new position description template and a library to host (mostly) pre-filled position descriptions to standardise their quality, content and formatting. Its aim is to minimise the time spent re-creating and often re-inventing the wheel when creating position descriptions. Hopefully in the near future, hiring managers will access the job family library catalogue, customise the pre-existing position description by 20% (estimation) and send it to you without asking for a left-handed astronaut!
