Diversity: This principle means the differences between each other, including race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, and political beliefs.  I strongly believe this principle is important because it expresses how we learn from people from all different walks of life. Diversity enhances creativity. Diversity brings in new ideas and experiences, and people can learn from each other.

We are committed to fostering a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking or, rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual unless s/he or they disclose otherwise. the principle of Diversity is important to know that "We are committed to acknowledging, respecting, and celebrating differences and commonalities". this shows that people should recognize that not all people are ur enemy and that they should get the same respect that us as people give to others.
