         <description><![CDATA[<div>One example of how the pardoner is ironic is, he doesn't really care about forgiving their sins, he cares about getting people's money. "I can bring them to repent; but that is not my principal intent" (lines 27-28). This ironic because Pardoners work for the Lord and most of them take their job serious but he takes his job as a game. </div>]]></description>
