      <title>Purpose and Use of Assessment at the Middle Grades Level by </title>

      <description>
Firstly, we will provide the cohort with the necessary information required to understand the intended purpose of assessment at the middle grades level. After this introduction, the cohort should understand that the intent for assessment is to gauge student progression towards an established goal. The method for gauging student’s progression will be student-teacher conferences, and these conferences will drive revision of student goals and instruction. Because each student will have different goals, objectives, and learning abilities, differentiated instruction is a must.</description>
