I wanted to observe if the shop had a similar layout to the website and if there was a lot of clothing options in store rather than the website. I found that there is a wide selection of clothing and that there is a lot of Gen Zers shopping either with friends, parents or by themselves. I tried to conduct an interview with one of the employees but I was turned down.
