I agree in gorges action because gorge killed alout of animals and he killed curlys wife.My opinion of the ending is wrong but also right because u don't know how else he will kill so gorge killed Lennie. It was murder because u are not aloud to kill eneyone at all ever because he is human even when lennie killed curlys wife still murder. So even if he killed someone your not aloud to kill him for it at all , not so ever.Like when Gorge wisprd quitly and silent because he new it was wrong to do it.

I agree with Georges actions. He did what Candy wishes he had he put him down himself. He made Lennie comfortable before he did it. He didn't let someone else do it and let Lennie be scared for his last moments. This was a mercy killing because no matter what he was going to die so best he die thinking of rabbits

Even if George didn't kill Lennie Curley was so in a way I think it was mercy killing but I also think that it was murder.

I agree with George's actions. I think it was mercy killing because Lennie was not all there and if something would of happened to George, Lennie would not be able to take care of himself. Also if George didn't do it eventually Lennie would have done another bad thing and they probably would have been put in jail. The ending was okay but they should have put in what happened to George after everything.

I do agree with George killing Lennie because what he did was not okay, but we all know he did not mean to do it but that still can not happen,But I agree with mercy killing because it would be better than sending him to a nut house and making him suffer.I honestly do not like the ending it was kinda a dead ending because think about it George killed Lennie then the book ends. I have questions like does Candy and George still buy the house ?Does the boss ever find out about the killing? What will the Boss do when he finds out? Does George no longer have the american dream because he no longer has Lennie? I wish there was more of an ending

As sad as the ending was, in the end it was the right thing for George to do. A piece of evidence to help show that is ¨An' s'pose they lock him up an' strap him down and put him in a cage. That ain't no good, George¨. My opinion on the ending is that it’s emotional and sad, but sometimes things need to be done. I believe that George was mercy killing Lennie rather than murdering him. I believe this because he didn’t want Lennie to be stuck at some kind of mental home or to be shot by Curley or Carlson and make him suffer if it wasn’t an instant kill shot. A piece of evidence is “I’ll shoot ‘im in the guts”.

I agree with what george did to lennie. The reason I agree is because all the other guys would have beaten lennie to death or he would be locked up. In my opinion the end of the book was not that good because I just wanted the end to be way happier. I do not think what george did was murder I think it was mercy killing. The reason I think it was mercy killing because he was only helping lennie by saving the pain.

I agree with Georges's outcome of the novel because George had killed A lot of things. Such as Curley's wife and the dog and got into a fight with Curley and they had too lie and say he got his hand caught into a machine. My opinion of the ending of the novel is I agree with George killing Lennie at the end of the novel because he had issues. He got into fight, because he couldn't control his anger. He also Killled Curley's wife. My personal opinion is I think it is mercy killing. I think that because the definition of mercy killing is killing yourself with an overdose of drugs. Although Lennie did not overdose on drugs he had issues and also killed and hurt people.
