JELENA: To remember more effectively, try out this tool: http://www.mnemonicdictionary.com/wordlist/GREwordlist. It's a dictionary where anyone can submit mnemonics (memory aids) for English words.  E.g. for the word abase, which means to degrade, one user cleverly thought of this mnemonic: to bring someone down back to A BASE level. When you need to remember a word/expression, you can look for it in this dictionary, but what you can also do is think of a mnemonic yourself and submit it there, it might even be more beneficial!

To evaluate your learning, maybe try using the format of our Task Sheet to develop your own self-assessment mini-questionnaire which you can complete after every big task. Before starting working on the task, you can briefly outline the steps you'll take to complete it (maybe also add some tentative deadlines) and after the task reflect on how well you completed those steps and how you're progressing with your overall goals. You could even do all this in Trello (or Basecamp, which is an app similar to Trello, but a bit more sophisticated, do check it out if you want)

JELENA: I think a good way to get rid of some (language) learning anxiety is to participate in an online CoP/language learners forum (as we discussed previously). Seeing that others go through same emotions while learning/teaching can be instantly relieving, and so can sharing your feelings anonymously with others.
