         <description><![CDATA[<div>A treaty was signed by a Spanish Viceroy named Juan de O'Donojú on August 24, 1821.This treaty approved a plan to make Mexico an independent monarchy.&nbsp;A call to arms began on November 20, 1910. Many alliances changed during this war. This was a very long and very bloody war that included many deaths.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was a bunch of different conflicts between 1791 and 1804. They overthrew the French regime in Haiti from the Africans. Their  decedents were enslaved by the French. Also, they were an independent country governed by the former slaves. Haiti was the very first and only country were the slaves freedom was taken by force.</div>]]></description>

It consisted of the Italian peninsula and its outlying isles. Italy then incorporated Venetia and former Papal states. This went on from 1861- 1871.</div>]]></description>
