-If parents can not bring food that is perfectly fine because we will have concession stands around the cafeteria. The cafeteria will also have many snacks in them for close to around $2 a bag.

Every grade level in this school has there own hallway meaning that for every grade their projects would be located close to where their classroom is. The cafeteria would be where we Give out prizes during the end of the Science night. There are after school programs that some students of bilingualism have to attend here but they all usually end at 6Pm. Because of this Science night wouldn't start until 6 Pm all the way to 8 Pm. Why 2 entire hours well because the first 30 minutes will be people looking at the projects the students created, the next 30 minutes would be us doing the Pokémon scavenger hunt, then for the last hour we will be giving out prizes.
