W- We need to begin teaching in two days and our planning is not ready.

S- I think it was introduced too fast. It would have been more benefitial to have PD first and more time to plan our units before implementing.

Worrisome: Having time to address specific students' needs without them missing out on what is goinf on in their group.

Extends understandings: Not necessarily extends, but definitely confirms what we as professional educators try to do and it is always a good refresher.

Challenges you: Finding the time to integrate the best practices while being help accountable for the pressures of curriculum in older years (IB). More applicable for the younger ages. Harder when you must meet more rigourous and demanding programs.
