         <description><![CDATA[<div> <br><br>Defining the research problem<br>Defining a research problem is the fuel that drives the scientific process, and is the foundation of any research method and experimental design, from true experiment to case study.<br>Reviewing the Literature<br>An effective research project is able to situate itself within the body of knowledge that already exists on the topic of study. This body of knowledge is created based on research conducted by other researchers and the conclusions that are drawn as a result of this research. A literature review is an assessment of a body of research that addresses a research question.  A literature review:<br>•	Identifies what is already known about an area of study<br>It may also:<br>•	Identify questions a body of research does not answer     <br>•	Make a case for why further study of research questions is important to a field<br><br><br><br><br><br><br>Hypothesis Formulation <br>A hypothesis is a prediction of what will be found at the outcome of a research project and is typically focused on the relationship between two different variables studied in the research. It is usually based on both theoretical expectations about how things work, and already existing scientific evidence.<br><br>Preparing Research Design<br>Following are the steps in research design:<br>1. The Problem – The first step involves the proper selection and then carefully defining the problem. By this researcher will be enabled to know about what he has to search, but it should be kept in mind that the problems selected should not be unmanageable in nature and also should not be based on the desires.<br>2. Objective of the study – The objective should be very clear in the mind of the researcher as this will lead to the clarity of the design and proper response from the respondents.<br>3. Nature of the study – The research design should be very much in relation with the nature of the study, which is to be carried out.<br>4. Data sources – The various sources of the data or the information should be very clearly stated by the researcher.<br>5. Techniques of data collection – For the collection of the required information, it sometimes becomes very necessary to use some especial techniques.<br>6. Social cultural context – Research design based on the social cultural concept is prepared in order to avoid the various study variations.<br>7. Geographical limit – This step becomes a necessity at this point of time as with the help of this step, research linked to the hypothesis applies only to certain number of social groups.<br>8. Basis of selection – Selecting a proper sample acts as a very important and critical step and this is done with the help of some mechanics like drawing a random stratified, deliberate, double cluster or quota sample etc.<br><br>Collection of Data<br>Data Collection is an important aspect of any type of research study. Inaccurate data collection can impact the results of a study and ultimately lead to invalid results.<br><br><br><br><br>Analysis of Data <br>The process of evaluating data using analytical and logical reasoning to examine each component of the data provided. This form of analysis is just one of the many steps that must be completed when conducting a research experiment. Data from various sources is gathered, reviewed, and then analyzed to form some sort of finding or conclusion.<br><br>Verification and Hypothesis Testing<br>Depending on your research question and methodology, you will be required to formulate a research hypothesis OR a problem statement based on your research question.<br>A research hypothesis is an educated prediction that provides an explanation for an observable (measurable) event or condition. <br>The researcher states a hypothesis to be tested, formulates an analysis plan, analyzes sample data according to the plan, and accepts or rejects the null hypothesis, based on results of the analysis.<br>•	State the hypothesis<br>•	Formulate an analysis plan<br>•	Analyze sample data<br>•	Interpret the results<br><br>Preparation of Project Report<br><br>The purpose of research is to share knowledge.  Once your research has concluded, it is important to share your results. You might write an article for publication, prepare a white paper, or present your research at a conference either as part of a panel discussion or a poster presentation.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
