I have a candy dish on my desk, and teachers come in to say hi and grab a piece of candy all the time. I also change the dish and the candy inside based on holidays.

Get to know your clerk and tech on a more personal level. Ask them how their weekend was, their family/home life, etc. Making this effort builds stronger relationships.

Introduce them to students with orientation along with their interests, so students can make connections. Also passing along positive accolades.

Always be intentional to give a smile and a quick "how's your day" as people pass through. This often leads to further conversation and sometimes that quick minute that someone needs to change their day around or get something off their chest.

In my section on our school dashboard, I have Google Forms for the various ways I can support their classrooms such as book bins for a given topic.

I make sure that I am aware of anything coming up in the building so that I am a person that staff can go to with questions.

I start the year by placing a tri-fold of all the ways I can be of assistance in everyone's mailbox with a piece of candy.

Pet projects! Kris and I have both done whole school pet projects. We get staff pet pictures, post them in the hall. EVERYONE LOVES THEM!!

Always include tech and clerk in the fun happenings and staff bonding around the school and in the MC so that they know they are a part of the school's community and feel valued.
