         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>FM Brodcasting <br></strong>Edwin Armstrong " conducted the first large scale field tests of his FM radio technology on the 85th floor of RCA's (Radio Corporation of America)" Sadly RCA rejected the patent. On June 17th Armstrong presented at Federal Communications Commission (FCC) headquarters. He started by playing a jazz song on AM broadcasting then switched to FM broadcasting.   </div>]]></description>
