         <description><![CDATA[<div>Division is similar to multiplication because division is partial quotients and multiplication is partial products.  Some division numbers are the same when you use the area model because when you divide 304 by 16, you expand the numbers 10+6 and you have to find what number gives you a total of 304.  You have to find the missing partial quotient. </div>]]></description>
