-The school has a student run car wash so that the students can raise money for their 7th grade field trip to Spring Field, IL. This Climate impacts the the Culture of the school as it gets students involved in their trip and the car wash.
-The school has teacher during lunch to keep an eye out for students at are being bullied. This program doesn't seem to affect the Culture as their is still hazing that is going on in the cafe
-One of the teacher does ice breakers on the first day of school. This Climate of having the teachers do the ice breakers causes students to get know each others. By the students knowing each other allow the Climate of the classroom to become welcoming.
- One of the students is consider a loser but once the other students find out that he has "sex" with another "student" and show them the other "student's" bra he becomes more popular. The school Culture values having conquests.

Accurate Portrayal

One of the Accurate portrayals of teacher life is the life that Elizabeth lives outside of school. While not all teachers smoke marijuana and drink, many have their own hobbies and goals to obtain outside of being a teacher.
Teachers also have emotions, and while Elizabeth wasn't bullied in school, she still has body confidence issues (She steals money from the car wash to pay for the breast enlargement).
Theres also the drama that occurs between the teachers. While students are typically unaware of the drama that occurs between faculty due to teacher professionalism, some teachers simply do not click with others. Elizabeth felt this way towards Amy and to an extent the gym teacher Russel.

Themes/Morals

One of the themes throughout the movie is purpose. Elizabeth does not like teaching, she only became better at it for selfish reasons. But after spending more one on one time with the kids, she finds her true calling by the end of the movie, as a guidance counselor.

Another theme is Hierarchy, both among the students and teachers. Elizabeth doesn't really like anybody, especially not Amy. She can be mean to Amy because she's her equal, but she must be careful because Amy achieves more than she does. But when it comes to the Principal, Wally Snur, Elizabeth kisses up to him because she knows that he is in a position of power.

Garret, one of Elizabeths students, doesn't understand the concept of hierarchy. He believes in love and sensitivity, but other middle schoolers are more shallow than him. Once Elizabeth explains to him that because of his morals, he'll be a loser until college, he accepts his position in society.

One of the best themes is motivation. If you want something badly enough there is a way to achieve it. Elizabeth wanted big boobs so she became a better teacher. Amy wanted Scott so she went out of her way to get him. Russel wanted Elizabeth so she was patient. One of Elizabeths students wanted good grades so she kept bringing shitty cookies.

Wally: Principal
Wally is one of those men that takes his job seriously, and thinks that he puts all of his energy into his job. But ultimately when when a problem occurs, there has to be reasonable evidence for him to want to address it.

Elizabeth: Horrible teacher
We've said a lot about Elizabeth, I think we all know exactly who she is.

Amy: "Good" teacher
Amy is creative, and she cares about the students a lot. But she also didn't expect for anyone to measure up to her. Once Elizabeth overstepped her place, she started becoming vindictive just like Elizabeth.

Scott: The Pushover teacher
Scott has a passion for teaching, but he's a bit too cheesy, and innocent. He's completely oblivious to the war going on between Amy and Elizabeth.

Phyllis -Voice of reason
Phillis hangs out with Elizabeth because she's not dumb enough to take Amy's side. While she sees the flaws in Elizabeth she has faith in her, and tries to steer her in the right direction.

Russel: Gym Teacher
Russel is exactly what you'd expect from a gym teacher. A lot like Elizabeth, just not as ballsy to show it to his students.
