         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Jessi will have materials ready for decoration today and the Spelling Bee box is already at the coordination office.</p></li><li><p>Chairs must be <strong>arranged</strong> as audience enough&nbsp;for both groups per grade and the table for judges and the pronouncer as past events in front of the&nbsp;audience right or left side of the stage.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Resources:</strong> (judges) table, tablecloth, speaker, 2 microphones, desk bell, yellow balls to select the word (spelling bee box). <strong>Jessi is aware of the information</strong> for resources.</p></li><li><p>Bees and beehives to decorate (medium and big) Miss Libia&nbsp;and Miss Ale offered their help to craft decorations or any other help you need.&nbsp;</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <title>SEMIFINALS (PERSONALIZED PRESENTATION)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>February 21st : </strong>make sure students understand this is also part of the event and they must&nbsp;follow the rules precisely.</p></li><li><p>All grades must begin the semifinals at 7:45 and finish during the first sessions when students begin their class. Any <strong>extracurricular class</strong> must be suspended to make sure you have the finalist this day</p></li><li><p>You will have the <strong>Presentation</strong> to use during the semfinals in your <strong>Drive</strong>. Please add complete names to record the <strong>finalists</strong>.</p></li><li><p>You must stop the rounds when there are 3 students left per group. 6 finalists per grade.</p></li><li><p>Remind students to open the word, spell, and close the word; if they don't close the word they might be failing.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Make a revision before starting the contest asking students to repeat rules and see if they have any doubt.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>I will ask someone to print lists (teachers' list) for each group for you to have this during the semifinals and copies for the final event.</p></li><li><p>Please organize with the committee to have a meeting and revise pronunciation for each grade (4th, 5th, and 6th grade are priority).</p></li><li><p>Due to the situation I think we must adapt the final event, so each teacher can pronounce for her grade, but we must be impartial and only participate as pronouncer; judges will act in case of any confusion. <strong><em>Let me know what you think. </em></strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Art Classes: </strong>Miss Vilma will attend her classes this day in each classroom in case these does not interfere with spelling bee.</p><p><br/></p></li></ul><p><strong>Pictures: </strong>please agree with your Spanish partner to take pictures while students are participating (audience too) and to the winners at the end with the teacher and our principal.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Make sure all students are ready to begin their finals on time.</p><p><strong>Welcome (at the beginning for each group):</strong> from 7:50 to 8:00 (present the jury, remind the rules, and wish the best luck).</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>2nd Grade: </strong>from<strong> </strong>8:00 to 8:30 am (3 to 5 rounds)</p><p><strong>1st Grade: </strong>from<strong> </strong>8:35 to 9:20 am (3 to 5 rounds)</p><p><strong>6th Grade: </strong>from 9:30 to 10:10 am (3 to 5 rounds)</p><p><strong>5th Grade:</strong> from 10:15 to 10:55 am (3 to 5 rounds)</p><p><strong>3rd Grade:</strong> from 11:00 to 11:40 am (3 to 5 rounds)</p><p><strong>4th Grade:</strong> from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm (3 to 5 rounds)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Same rules for the finals: </strong>1 winner per group and follow the judge/principal observations in case of an agreement according to the number of students after the 3/5 rounds or in case of a tie.</p>]]></description>
