He went to live with his grandpa but then he died so he went to live with his uncle Abu-Talib. He went on his first trip outside of Arabia when he first went to his uncle. Later god sent a book full of everything you need to know about everything ( Also Known as the Quraan ) with angel Gabriel. Once people read it, it attracted a lot of Islamic followers also people noticed the Quraan was predicting things that are happening in the future. This is important because it shows before and after Mohammed was a prophet

They were powerful and wealthy.
