Instead of a candy bowl just give me a fruit bowl and I will be happy for the whole day. To me nothing is better than having fresh watermelon & pineapple by the pool,river, and beach. I wouldn´t say it just magically went away, but I think I have figured out how to control it and slow it down a bit when I need to. It also helps a lot that I can talk to my sister about it and she makes me feel comfortable because she also struggles with it as well, but we struggle with it together, making us stronger than ever!!
