This semester I have taken a different approach than I used to do.First is that I always print the slides provided, attend lectures and tuto with them.During the classes, I listen attentively and jot-down the key points highlighted by DR. Once a topic has been covered, I usually come up with a short notes within a page length where I will then use it as a reminder as what was covered in the topics.

The first week, I printed out the first ever topic .Decided there is no need to put it in point since the notes were conpact with everything i needed in a page.

The second week, I was taught on formation of partnership. This are the notes I did ,easy to remember and that I dont have to go through slides to get the points.

Online task was given , Lex Theatre. We were given a task to watch a movie called Social Network and to answer tutorial question as a group. Me and my group mates did discussion and wrote the answers in a Google Docs and paste it in Kelip Forum

Partnership is a contractual relationship between parties to carry out a bussiness in common with the view of earning profit.Partnership, contract and law of agency are interelated. It is important for me to understand all about contracts and law of agency in order to understand and graps the understanding of Partnership. Firm is the principle and the partners are the agent for it. The relationship betwwen the firm and partners are by way of contractual relation and that the partners are bind with the authority and has their own obligations.

As time goes ,where i learn and managed to apply all the concepts of contract, partnership and law of agency, I realised that it is important to remember and hold onto the knowlegde I have learnt in the past or that was thought by other lecturers. It is also crucial to interrelate matters to make law fun to learn. Being someone who was in a partner in a company few months back, I realised there were some things as a partner I must fullfill and I must not let my personal interest come in between. I have realised my mistakes I did as a partner back then after I studied about company and partnership.

Attended lecturer via online.Dr covered the topic of Relations of Partners with one another and Partnership Property. In summary Relation between the partners are subject to agreement , if it is silent it should comply with Section 26 of Partnership Act 1961, on the other hand, Partnership Property is regarded as it when it is brought in into the firma as capital, bought in course of partnership business or in course of partnership, bought by profit of the firm and also that the property was used as partnership asset from the beginiing. I did a short notes on it half page.

We had a face-to-face lecture by Dr Hartinie, We learnt introduction to Company, the difference between partnership and company, emphasis on what types of company such as limited and unlimited company, on promoters,introduction to LLP and Pre-incorperation cotracts.

Last lecture of the semster for Law of Association and Company Law 1. During the lecture, Prof taught us on Incorperation of a company and went into depth about the legal personality and made us understand the concept and history of lepal personality.Prof told us it originated from the times where Church had control and went to a point that church has it's own personality and is seperate from the government and there is where it origins from.Also, a company stands independant of it's own and any decision made by it's board of directors, the company will be liable . Company and the person behind is two seperate entity ,unlike partnership.

Week 10 was the last week of lecture and we have covered all the topic for this semster. So,for week 11, I sat down and started my revisions, including attempting past year questions.
