         <description><![CDATA[<p>In module 1, the hierarchy and responsibilities of the Top, Middle, and First Line leaders were defined. Top level includes the CEOs who set the goals and make the decisions that impact the entire organization; the Middle level leader carries out the goal set by the Top Level leaders; and the First Line Leader is in charge of the day to day work and overseeing the line workers. </p><p>To be a successful leader or manager, one must display a set of skills as portrayed in image #2.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Module 2, the importance of diversity and inclusion was stressed by the importance of what a group of different backgrounds can bring to an organization when discussing projects, plans or a set of goals. </p><p><br/></p><p>In the video clip, it substantiates the importance of the onboarding process of a new hired employee by including the mission, vision, and values of the organization, as well as, the training process to the hiring position. This sets the new hire up for success and a feeling of belonging. </p>]]></description>

The World Trade Organization (WTO) is a very complex organization that helps provide business navigate the process to ensure the risk is worth it. </p><p><br></p><p>Also, when discussing the global market, it is important for business to be aware and follow local cultures and traditions. A good example, is the McDonald's in the US compared to those overseas, whether it is the cleanliness of the business or the menu supporting the local culture.  </p>]]></description>

The plan must be visited, reviewed, and revised often. </p><p><br></p><p>As discussed in module 4, the vision, mission, and value statements are key pieces to the Business Plan. Metrics are attached to all taskings and goals set, that analyze the information to inform leadership of the goals met and not met. A good example would be the success (or some failures) in the pandemic world of telework.</p>]]></description>
