So this shows that the cat ate the bird because he could have ate the bird but not the feathers. The story also says the cage was swinging back and forth. So this shows that he could have ate it because he might have been trying to open the cage to eat the bird.

I can infer that jennas bird got eaten by the cat,the text shows, the door to the bird cage was swinging back and forth ant there were feathers on th floor.so i know that jennas bird got eaten by the cat because why would there be feathers on the floor and the cage door swinging back and forth. The text also shows, the door to the cats travle cage was open. this shows that the cat ate the bird. becuase birds sometimes get eaten bye cats not only that there were feathers on the floor.

I can infer that the cat ate the bird. The text say's that the birds cage was swinging back and forward and there were feathers on the floor. This tells me that the cat ate Jenna's bird because there would not be a cage open and feathers on the floor. The text also says the cage door of the cat was opened. So I know the cat ate the bird because cats that see birds and are out of their cage they would take the chance to catch the bird and eat it.

So I know both the cat and the bird were missing from their cage. The text also shows that Jenna saw feathers at the bottom of the bird cage. So I know the bird was eaten because the bird wasn't in sight and the feathers on the floor could have been from the cat grabbing the bird. This is why I can infer that the cat ate the bird.

Not only that, but the birdcage was swinging back and fourth." so I know that if the bird was in peace the cat's cage wouldn't have been opened and the bird's cage wouldn't have been swinging back and fourth. Another reason, why I can infer that Jenna's bird was probably eaten because, the text say "There were feathers on the floor." so I know that the bird was eaten because, feathers wouldn't be on the floor and the bird wouldn't have been missing if it wasn't eaten.
