Using technology for this learning task students used tablets for the first time at school. This was a strong motivation

Students had to produce a sentence using a syllbic writing and they used "S note" of tablets instead of a pen and a writing book.

Most of the students owned a tablet and knew how to use it. Those who didn 't have was helped by their classmates who were in the same team and by me. This lesson was a great opportunity for "begginers" to learn the basic about how to use a tablet.

They were free to choose the syllabic sign that was more convinient to them and as result the teams produced the same sentence in different ways. So this was an opportunity to descuss about ancient writers' choises.

The evaluation functions as a mirror in which is reflected the real picture and not that we imagine. It reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching and helps us make improvements

To answer this question you can reflect on your short self-assessment you did in module 1’s learning activity, and any other self or peer assessment processes you have engaged in

During a sample teaching I gave, I was self and peer assessed.  The benefit was that I gained an objective and accurate image of my teaching competence. I realized in which level I integrate ICT in my lesson.

4) How often do I take part in self and peer assessment? What stops me from doing this more often (is this due to time constraints, to a lack of knowledge about the benefits or how to go about this effectively, or perhaps a school culture which doesn’t encourage this?) There can be many factors, but identifying what these are will help you think about how you might overcome them to allow yourself the opportunity to benefit more from self and peer assessment.

Self assessment is a frequent process although I do not use the tools I ve learned by this seminar. School culture, usually doesn’t encourage assessment. But the main obstacle is that an effective assessment is time consuming. I find it difficult to overcome this obstacle because it conflicts my personal life.

5) Finally, what precise gains do I expect to receive from being involved in self and peer assessment, and how can I ensure I obtain them? And what are my biggest concerns and fears in this regard? How might I find ways to overcome these? Being involved in this course is a good start.

Self-awareness is the first and most important step for self improvement. These are the gains I expect from self and peer assessment. Objectiveness is the most difficult part of assessment. That is why it is necessary to use tools.
