Then, people who have prescription meds suffer from the high effects of the medicine; therefore, the people can't suspend them because of their sicknesses.<strong> </strong>In addition, stress and thinking a lot about a situation from the job, school, and family such as an exam, a lot of work from home, and financial problems can also cause lack of sleep. The second effect is stress turn into insomnia and in turn into a consequence, cortisol can increase weight and cause cardiovascular problems, this occurs when poor sleep habits prevent the body from regulating its hormone levels during the night.&nbsp; It is a fact that sleeping less than five hours a night causes problems such as hypertension. This sleeping deprivation can dumb you down, sleep plays a critical role in thinking and learning. Lack of sleep hurts these cognitive processes in many ways. First, it impairs attention, alertness, concentration, reasoning, and problem-solving. This makes it more difficult to learn efficiently. Second, during the night, various sleep cycles play a role in “consolidating” memories in the mind. Don’t get enough sleep, you won’t be able to remember what you learned and experienced during the day. Insomnia can also Kill sex drive, sleep specialists say that sleep-deprived men and women report lower libidos and less interest in sex Depleted energy, sleepiness, and increased tension may be largely to blame. This can also get even more serious because Sleepiness is depressing over time, lack of sleep, and sleep disorders can contribute to the symptoms of depression.          <description><![CDATA[<div>There are a lot of bad effects of sleeping in routine life and as many peoploe know, sleeping is necessary to be able to function properly from day to day, however, there are times when our sleep has alterations that prevent us from having a complete rest.<br>Unfortunately, in these times, poor sleep is one of the most widespread health problems in the population, however, it is also one of the least known. Even though, there are also lifestyles that can affect sleep, for example, adolescents with irregular schedules that are accentuated more during the weekends or those people who are subjected to high demands that do not allow them to sleep well or demand more waking time than is considered healthy. Here there are three efects of having a bad sleep:<br>1: Bad health: In this stage, the the friend of bad sleep is the health who gets affected due to bad hours of sleeping.&nbsp;<br>2: loss of memory: sometimes people get into trouble when they don't usually have a good sleep and the big problem is because sleep less hours don't help memory and brain as well.&nbsp;<br>3: obesity: It comes because brain doesn't get a good sleep and the entire body gets swelled and nutrients comes up because they don't have a plain control thou.&nbsp;<br>As a conclusion of this is that people should have a time to take a rest and let other things apart from the daily routine.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

Also, people become <strong>less active in recreation areas</strong>. <strong>Bad sleeping habits can be relative with mind health problems as a depression or anxiety.</strong> It is important to remember that these effects mentioned before are short-term problems but if people continue living without the enough hours of sleep can develop more long-term and serious health problem. After this, it is&nbsp; clear that a solid night's sleep is essential for a long and healthy life to combat against bad effects of sleeping. Finally, bad effects to sleep are the main course which people suffer along the life. As a conclusion, effects can produce a stack of illnesses that take people up to death. Stress is one of the most common because many of these people have preoccupations with the work, finances, health, and even in the school that make a difficult to sleep. Moreover, life events like death of a family member, a divorce, loss of a job. Another effect people can have is bad sleeping habits. Bad habits include bedtime, naps, do exercise before sleeping, using computers, cellphones, or others screens before going bed can affect the sleep cycle. And the last effect is eating a lot in the night. It’s okay to eat something light in the night, but overeating can cause physical discomfort, so when people go bed can have a heartburn which can keep you awake. In this case, two of the most noticeable effects of lack of sleep are related to appearance, one of these effects is premature wrinkles, these are a natural part of aging, but can be accelerated in people who do not get enough rest, they tend to appear on parts of the body such as the face and neck, the back of the hands and arms. Another effect that bad sleep can cause are dark circles, the area under the eyes may appear darker due to constriction of blood vessels that cause hyperpigmentation or thinning of the skin around the eyes. In conclusion, not sleeping well, preventing the necessary rest of the body to regenerate and stay healthy, can be seen reflected in our physical appearance every day.<br><br></div>]]></description>

In the same way, it also affects school, work and social performance. Hence the importance of having a good sleep, since it does not recover for many hours of nap that we lie down or for getting up later. When we sleep little we accumulate a fatigue that in the long run can take its toll. Those individuals who sleep less have more mental dullness, so they will make more mistakes than people who rest properly, lack of sleep affects the brain, generating poor performance. Sleep disorders are an important risk factor that cause all kinds of ailments, ranging from obesity to diseases, it also increases the chances of suffering from hypertension. Likewise, when we sleep little, our defenses go down and we become weaker, so we are more likely to catch a virus or bacteria, there are studies that show that sleeping little influences the metabolism of people, since having fewer hours of sleep they spend them eating. In summary, it is important to adopt good sleep habits. If you do not sleep enough, check your sleep habits, among other things, to sleep well, it is recommended that you get up and go to bed each day at the same time, that you do not take a nap, that you do not eat or drink too much before going to sleep, avoid or limit the consumption of alcohol, caffeine and tobacco, go to bed only when you are sleepy, and exercise regularly.</div>]]></description>
