         <title>A wellness goal is basically a goal that you are trying to reach, that improves your personal health or wellness. It’s set to put you out of your comfort zone and reach for something higher, to better yourself. For my wellness goal (4-5 bottles a day), staying hydrated all of the time was not easy. Water is critical to us high school students, young adults, and athletes. I bet you didn’t know that students our age should be drinking 8-10 glasses a day. If you’re an athlete, it should be between 75 and 150 ounces a day. So, let’s take a look on how I achieved my goal, and how you can! </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>&nbsp;Even if it’s plastic, it’s better than nothing, but I do recommend that you invest in a water bottle with a filtration system. The filter in your bottle would clean out the bad taste or chemicals, making the water more crisp or tastier. It could be a lot better than tap or getting water from the fountain, but there are different bottles for different preferences.&nbsp;</strong></div>]]></description>
