         <description><![CDATA[<div>Want to wake up your brain?  Have students stand up and you say head and touch your head, say nose and touch your nose, etc.   Then switch it and tell them to do what you say not what you do!  So you would say ears and touch your shoulders say head and touch your ears, etc. Then tell them to do what you do and not what you say.  This really gets students thinking, regulating, moving and wakes up the brain! </div>]]></description>
