My name is Yianni Athanasopoulos, and I have been with Charles Sturt University as a lecturer in Human Resources for close to three years.

I have been in management for most of my 25-year career for a variety of local and international organisations and have a business on the side with my partner hosting Italian Cooking experiences across greater Sydney.

Our business is called Italian Cooking Experience where we teach you the fundamentals of traditional Italian cooking and the origins of Italy's famous dishes.

I live in Burradoo, near Bowral as our cooking experience has grown beyond our conservative business model and now its time to bring it home, hence the move.

My teaching style and anecdotes for this subject are drawn on my experiences from a managers perspective. What I am looking forward to, is sharing our workplace experiences, both positive and not so positive.
