Walter White also known by his clandestine nickname "Heisenberg" is a chemistry professor who works in a car wash in the afternoons. He has a son with mental paralysis and a pregnant wife. After being diagnosed with cancer, he decides to change his boring and routine life selling and cooking methamphetamines with the excuse and the goal of giving money to his family before dying, this is how his personality changes, becoming bad.

Incredibly realistic:
The show may be full of savagery, but it accurately describes the length a desperate man would go through to ensure the survival of his family. There is not a situation in the whole series that you can point to and say: "I could have done this." What happened, had to happen.
Full of ethical dilemmas:
Examples include situations in which Walt and Jesse had to choose between death and murder, Walt's choice to poison Brock or let Jane die. There was never room for a third option to fix things and that kept me in suspense.
Great camera work:
I especially liked those scenes where good 80s music played out when Walt and Jesse were cooking. Especially first-person view and hand-held camera effects. Really spectacular.
Joins the dots without making us doubt the credibility of the story:
The overview of the entire plot looks so random and improbable. The plot execution was impeccable. Again, praise to the writers for keeping the audience at the edge of their seats most of the time.
Becomes too repetitive after a while: Walt and Jesse cook, they meet a supplier/distributor, everything's good for a while and then they end up killing him. Monotonous.
