I became very concerned about my co-workers and friends. I was thinking about how difficult it has been during this time of separation and isolation. I thought about my struggles adapting to this new way of life, and for a moment, I forgot to breathe. We cannot allow fear of the unknown rob us of our courage to adapt and change. Be of good courage. Let's all take a moment to just breathe. I wanted an example because I have not completed my picture yet. I will repost.
