         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nurse leaders must understand their role in facilitating good communication and reducing the incidence of conflict (McKibben, 1991). While all team members are responsible for promoting and supporting one another, the nurse manager plays a vital role in leading the team to conflict resolution. By encouraging open communication, listening respectfully, and giving alternate solutions to problems, nurse leaders can encourage a cohesive workplace environment.</div>]]></description>
