Its role is for postural adjustments to maintain balance.</p><p><br/></p><p>Brain stem: The brain stem is at the very bottom of your head, right near the back of your neck. It plays a vital role in sending messages to the rest of your body to regulate balance, breathing, heart rate, etc.</p>]]></description>
