Covid have also forced people to shop online , 45% of people say that they will carry on shopping online after the pandemic so brands will need to continue to improve there online services. However people still like to shop within stores after lockdown people will return to physical shops. Figures have shown that they are up with people buying in stores when lockdowns where lifted. Malls and outlets may do better after lockdowns are lifted as they can do social distancing better due to more open spaces. 66% say that they will avoid busy shopping areas. There have been a shift in what customers want with a rise in causal wear , bikes and furniture with people being at home more. People like to research items online then feel more comfortable going into a store to see the product before they buy. Occasion wear may start to see a rise with people wanting to dress up to go out once lockdowns are lifted.

You can see bee street art all over the city if you head to the northern quarter you can see a lot of this also at the Koffee Pot in the northern quarters which has a huge mural featuring 12 bees which represent the 12 lives lost in the Manchester attacks . this also shows a heart made from honey .

They use blickfast bees as these are known to be gentle and less likely to sting .
On the Piccadilly roof top they have 4 hives that each stand 6 foot high painted in there signature colour Eau De Nil keeping it tied in with there brand identity. The honey is in high demand as it gets harvest only once a year and this has created a waiting list for there honey . This idea is creating a unique experience for the customer as they want to be able to say they have that honey and they tired it even know its so hard to get hold of . Each year the honey can taste different depending on where the bees have harvest from . This year they are doing a raffle so customers have a chance to win a bespoke honey themed hamper.
This create a buzz around the product and the store what is unique to them.

Recycled Tissue Paper is eco friendly and made from recycled materials that are sourced sustainability . It can be reused or recycled again . It is also bio gradable and compostable and is made from 100 % consumer waste.
The stickers I use within my packaging will be biodegradable made from bagasse fibre which comes from the steams of the sugar production. The stickers have a matt finish to them .
