If I have to describe myself with three adjectives, I would say that I am responsible, hardworking and sensitive. I love playing the piano, reading, listening to music, travelling, meeting friends and watching old movies.

In my town there is a bridge called "the Roman Bridge", which was built in the second century.

My favourite animal is the wolf owing to they are very beautiful, loyal and smart. 

I live with a very lovely and funny dog called Scooby, as the one in the films. In a near future, I would like to adopt a parrot due to they are very merry and amusing

in my city, vibo Valentia, there are several objects or infrastructures that are of Roman origin. for example in via sant'aloe, where a series of Roman domus were found, almost all paved with polychrome mosaics. There is also complex of spa, calidarium and gym. These buildings date back to a period between the 2nd and 3rd centuries. d. c.

The park extends for 50 hectares, about 10 kilometers from Crotone. Inside there is the archaeological area surrounded by Roman walls, the museum area and a wooded area characterized by Mediterranean scrub. What is striking are the remains of the extra-urban sanctuary dedicated to the goddess Hera. The largest building of the Doric style sanctuary of Hera Lacinia, built around 460 BC. In the area there are the remains of an ancient place of worship, as well as a sort of hotel for distinguished guests and a space used for banquets.
In the northern part of the Park you can admire parts of a settlement from the Roman era. The Archaeological Museum is divided into three sections and offers an area dedicated to the Roman settlement, one that houses the finds made near the sanctuary and a third that will let you discover finds from the Crotone coast.

 

My favourite subject is English, I love it and actually I’m pretty good at it. I really like animals in general, but my favourites one are dogs, in fact I have one named Dylan, he’s an amstaff, but I also have a cat.

Between the Roman places located here in Calabria my favourite one is Scolacium:

Scolacium was a colony of Ancient Greece (aka the Magna Graecia). Greek colonists from Athens immediately saw the strategic advantage of this area along the Ionian coast and decided to settle. Some legends say that Ulysses himself was the founder of this colony.

In 120 BC, the Romans took over and renamed the town Minerva Scolacium. In typical Roman fashion, they began constructing various buildings to give it their own personal touch. The town was prosperous and continued expanding under the direction of Emperor Nerva. This expansion included building thermal baths and a new amphitheater. The town even got a new name – Colonia Minervia Augusta Scolacium.
