The culture represented in the documentary is the one of United states. Culture means the behaviors, attitudes and identities that are common among a group of people which created unity. In this documentary it is seen that this culture is ruled by chauvinism, which is instilled explicitly or explicitly in people since they are little kids by the enculturation process, in which without knowing it, educators are teaching this to kids which affect their behaviors and attitudes, and the way in which they shape their identities. In these documentary it is shown how toxic masculinity is part of the United States culture, affecting many men since they are little boys, because they are taught to follow stereotypes, such as boys do not cry, boys are athletic and violent, among others, which usually has a negative effect in their psychological wellbeing. It is shown that in these culture this stereotypes have not being able to abolish, because of the cultural transition, since people do not want to break them for the sake of being respected and belonging to certain groups. Because of these people keep on teaching their kids these stereotypes since they do not want them to suffer from bullying or others disrespecting them.

1. Men are shown to be supposed to be strong and tough while woman should be more modest and sweet.
2. Boys that were interviewed expressed how they felt society would criticize them for crying and expressing their feelings, while it was okay for girls to cry because girls are aloud to be sensitive and fragile.
3. It was seen how things such as toy or clothing industry supported the idea of hypermasculinity and hyperfeminity. Clothes sold for boys are usually blue or red while clothing for girls is usually pink. Boy toys included cars, arms, robots, etc, while girls toys are usually dolls.
4. Sexual media also supports hypermasculinity, since it shows woman as objects that made men more tough.

Some cultural norms seen in the US in the documentary are the set of "appropriate" behaviours that were strongly believed correct for girls and boys and that they were expected to follow. For example, boys had to stand out in sports and physical activity, be strong and aggressive. They wold also be expected to dominate women and talk about them in a a degrading way, and to avoid hobbies such as the arts, theatre, cooking and other activities considered feminine.
It was considered appropriate for them to not show weakness, vulnerability,
sensitivity or of feeling hurt. Basically, they were expected to avoid any kind of behaviour considered girly or attitudes that were supposedly appropriate for only girls. This could also be considered as stereotypes.
Girls such as boys were expected to have a certain body type, and the appropriate behaviors and attitudes for girls were considered to be that they needed to be emotional, "weak" hence the term play or fight etc. like a girl, be sensitive, empathetic, maternal, and do hobbies such as the arts, baking and others considered appropriate for them.
The US is a very sexist country, meaning it is in their cultures beliefs that men predominate over women and that women are the weaker sex.
They also have a very low level of individualism, meaning their attitudes and behaviour are affected due to society, they are constantly thinking about their self image and rather act accordingly to fit in with the culture rather than stand out and be individualistic.
