Moses did a lot of things for the development of Judaism like leading the Exodus out of Egypt and giving Judaism fundamental laws. They expanded Jerusalem a bunch, and made a temple to hold the Ten Commandments. They also defeated the Philistines and King David made Jerusalem the capital city. They did a lot for Judaism and they were amazing kings, King David even made Jerusalem grow as the central of governments and religious life in Israel.
