         <description><![CDATA[<div>⮕&nbsp; The internet has taken away the concept of an expert.<br>⮕&nbsp; Even people with minimal knowledge, and background are able to compete against professionals.<br>⮕ This has taken away from those who dedicate their lives to a career, and then someone without any experience or knowledge can learn a task online and do it just as efficiently and at a lower cost.<br>⮕&nbsp;It helps many companies because in the past they would have to hire an expert and spend all this extra time and money, whereas today they can post it online and millions of people can solve their problems for them at a much faster rate.</div>]]></description>
