Nursery plants are temporarily placed into a location in order to grow than once they grow to certain heights they are removed and permanently planted somewhere else. How well the plants look the more money they make, like how an immigrant’s visa determines pay and level of work and income.
-An immigrant can qualify for a non immigrant working visa someone is put into certain categories and they just have to leave if their status expires.

-The United States government determines how to prioritize which people would be permitted into the country by many factors. Some examples of those factors are jobs, family, and natural disasters/ refugees. Sometimes they have to prioritize things with time limits, such as if someone had to leave if war broke out where they previously lived. From the document’s point of view, family is also very important so that is why they allow the whole family to immigrant if a relative lives in the United States. Of course, with all these situations there are restrictions and conditions.
