Advantages of group work for my current professional life, which is school, are that I can get more information and also exchange thoughts with my group mates. In group work, there are more people so there are more ideas, and work can be divided and we can finish faster. As a high school student, socializing with other people is important, and group works can help me to socialize better and get more relations. Aside from school tasks, there are also organizations in school that require group work. The bond in group work makes me and my friends closer.

Different opinions might happen because of different point of view, different backgrounds, different mindset, and also different experience.

Sometimes, not all people in the group work wants to help and contribute. Some people are just lazy and they want to let other people do the work, thus causing uneven work distribution. Aside from that, there might be individual domination. Also, if the members of the group work has busy schedules, scheduling to do the group work might be hard, and it might cause a conflict. Lastly, if different opinions between members of the group is not managed well, it may cause a conflict.

Getting new knowledge from other people’s point of view and experiences. Learning how to respect other people, especially their opinion eventhough it’s different. Also, learning how to communicate and work with different types of people.
