         <description><![CDATA[<div>- The differences between coaching and mentoring should always be addressed and I think that being both a good mentor and coach is very difficult to achieve<br>- Being a manager in any capacity is difficult due to the fact that you are not getting instant satisfaction with your performance like a entry level position (Ex You make a sale you get a great feeling immediately) your satisfaction is when others around you do well overtime<br>- Don't be afraid of following even if you are a high-level leader. Following provides valuable experience for further growth/development</div>]]></description>
